I have 25 years experience of working in Human Resources in specialist and generalist roles.
Prior to starting my HR Consultancy in 2011, I had headed up HSBC’s Employee Relations Policy Unit for over eight years. Before that I undertook a range of employee relations, resourcing, compensation & benefits and generalist roles, successfully working with businesses of varying sizes.
I have also been fortunate to have been able to work with some of the top lawyers in their respective fields and have gained an excellent understanding of UK employment legislation in the process. I now assist companies of all sizes with both general HR and complex employee-related issues.
As a fully CIPD qualified HR Consultant, I can either work independently or alongside your existing HR teams, to assist you with your more complex HR needs.
